As maintenance supervisor for a large manufacturing plant it’s my job to keep our industrial equipment in good working order.  It can get complicated with so many different types of parts including power supplies, servo drives, robotics, hand held controllers, you name it.  Recently I began working with ACS Industrial Services on our industrial electronics repairs.  What a relief to have a customer service team treat all of my repairs as important.

Recently, an alarm stopped production on our Cincinnati Milacron turret punch. We did not know whether the problem was with the fanuc servo motor or the cincinnati milacron power supply, but either way we needed to get it repaired fast.  We called ACS Industrial and spoke with a knowledgeable sales engineer who helped us figure out that it was probably the fanuc servo motor that was the problem.

We shipped the motor to ACS the next day.  The motor turned out to be beyond repair, but ACS had a refurbished fanuc servo motor that they were able to ship to us that day.  Our turret punch was back online in just 3 days total.
