Our Shipping Policy: The customer is responsible for shipping both to and from ACS. You select the carrier and method you prefer. UPS, Federal Express, and DHL International are the most common carriers that we have found to be reliable. Your account number can be used for return shipping if requested. We do not ship U.S. Postal Service.
Component Level Evaluation: Evaluations are normally free. However, on some occasions we may require a component level evaluation (CLE) to determine the exact failure and if parts are available.
